Peppermint tea

Peppermint Tea is an Upset Stomach’s Best Friend

Cleanse For Life Liquid

So, I’ve had the first two days of my 30 day challenge. They were both shake days, meaning that I replaced two of my meals (breakfast and lunch) with shakes. For snacks and dinner, I had nuts, fish and veggies, just as I would have on the SCD diet.
