Starting the New Year Off Right

Everyone makes resolutions this time of year – even those whose only resolution is not to make any.

There’s just something about a crisp new planner, an empty calendar, and the struggle to remember to write a different year on things. While for many reasons the real beginning of the year is in September, that demarcation point in January is still meaningful to many people. It’s a great time to make a fresh start.

If you have been celebrating a bit too much in the last two weeks of December, or even just sitting too much (guilty!), because it’s cold (or hot!) outside and your usual routine has been disrupted, don’t despair.

Whether you want to lose weight, tone up some muscles or just feel better, have more energy and sleep better, I can help you.

Come join me in an accountability group that my team and I run every year, called Rock Your Resolution. It’s free to join, and we provide recipes, encouragement, workouts and most importantly, community. The rest is up to you.

You can join our group by registering at RockYourResolution.com, and entering my name as your coach.

I’m excited to see you there!
