Gun Control #3: What I’ve Learned
Here’s what I learned about Gun Control in the last couple of weeks.
1. If you aren’t careful with your form while doing a hang clean, and you are well-endowed in the chest area, you will end up with bruises in delicate places.
2. If you stay up too late and find yourself making kid lunches in the middle of the night, you may find yourself eating stuff you will later wish you hadn’t. This is what is known as fog eating, eating just because the food is there and not because you are hungry, and not even enjoying it. It’s much better to get those lunches done earlier and go to bed on time. Note to self: don’t do like Alice and ignore your own good advice.
3. Weekends count. If I pretend that they don’t, things become quite painful. I meant to write this blog post last week, but when I weighed myself on the Monday, I was so annoyed with myself that I went into serious writer’s block until now. Now I’m in another weekend, and it’s up to me to make sure I don’t feel equally annoyed when Monday comes around.
How about you, what kind of things have you learned recently? I’d love to have you share your experiences … and help me with this project! I’d love some support.
