Hi there! So glad you dropped by. Here’s my story.
I was born in Israel, raised partly in the United States, educated mostly in the Netherlands, and have lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba since 1994. I have a husband and three children.
I have a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Utrecht and a B.Ed. from the University of Winnipeg. I am a certified Life Coach with The Life Coach School.
I have been living with an autoimmune disease since 1987, and it has become my life’s mission to help all those who are in a similar situation live their best possible lives.
I am a member of the Manitoba Food Bloggers and I blog about food, wellness, living with an autoimmune disease, exercise, parenting, personal growth, Judaism and women’s issues.
I also write a monthly column in The Times, a local Winnipeg paper. I write and edit on a freelance basis.
On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, and sometimes on weekdays, I read Torah for Congregation Etz Chayim. I love it!
Would you like to talk with me about any of these things? Use the scheduler in the side bar to find a time and place (or Skype if you are not local to me), and I will be there!
